- Meetings take place the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at Grayhawk Golf Club Fairway House, 8620 E. Thompson Peak Parkway, Scottsdale, AZ 85255
- Networking is from 7:45 AM to 8:30 AM, with breakfast being served. There is also an opportunity to network at the lunch house.
- Meeting begins at 8:30 AM & the home tour begins immediately after the meeting (approximately 9:45 AM).
- There are usually 8-10 homes on tour. Lunch will be served at the last home on tour.
- The minimum list price of homes submitted is $700,000. Vacant listings are only permitted at the discretion of the tour director. If they are vacant (not furnished) on lockbox, they will not be eligible for tour.
- Listings must be ACTIVE in the MLS at the time of submission. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Meeting fee is $14.00
- There is a $45 fee to put your listing on tour, which must be paid at the meeting. The listing is not placed in the queue until it is paid. Placement in the queue is based on payment date, not submission date.
- Lister or co-lister must attend 2 meetings within the previous 6 months before their listing may be placed in the queue.
